The Milano Stovetop Espresso Maker Moka Pots uses ground coffee and are compatible with a variety of stove tops, including gas, and electric. The Milano Stovetop Espresso Makers are made of food safe aluminum and come with a certified Italian safety valve to prevent internal pressure build up. The aluminum moka pots don’t work with Induction stoves. We recommend hand washing for all moka pots.
