Royal Mail have indicated that the following cut offs apply when the following services are selected.
Economy Parcel or Free Delivery - December Monday 12th
Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour - December Friday 16th
Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour - December Monday 19th
Special Delivery Guaranteed - December Wednesday 21st
UK SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer free Royal Mail standard parcel shipping within the UK when your order value is £25+. This is a untracked parcel service and we are unable to gaurantee delivery times and an eta as to the arrival time of your order.
Should you prefer to have a tracking number for added security, you can select the paid for Tracked service at checkout. This service is very handy for those who would like to check on the Royal Mail tracking website to see if your parcel has been delivered or not.
We also offer a second paid-for service with DHL for UK based orders. Costing £8.50, you can select this courier service at checkout and once your order is placed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email from DHL. Please note this service only delivers on working days (Monday-Friday).
EU SHIPPING CHARGES
As part of the recent Brexit changes, VAT on purchases will be charged locally and orders may be subject to customs administration fees. The VAT-free limit sitting at €22, will be removed on the 1st of July, therfore we would advise you check your country’s policies.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING CHARGES
You can select between DHL or Royal Mail for all international orders. Please contact your local customs office to find out more about what taxation policies are in place. As these vary from country to country, our shipping costs do not include customs clearance charges or import duties and these might come as an additional cost.
Please note that our shipping prices with DHL have increased recently. For expedited overseas shipping and orders exceeding the 2kg weight limit with Royal Mail, DHL offers different services depending on your final destination. DHL Express deliveries can be expected between 3-6 working days. DHL Economy Select deliveries can be expected between 4-10 working days.
Below are the Royal Mail rates for European and Rest of World orders. Should you choose this service, we recommend you purchase tracked shipping as we're unable to track parcels outside of the UK.
Different countries have different internal postal requirements such as; signed, tracked and signed and tracked. Please be aware of this when selecting your tracking service.
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive your tracking number with your shipping confirmation.
SHIPPING TO RUSSIA & THE MIDDLE EAST
SHIPPING TIMES & MISSING OR DELAYED DELIVERY
All UK orders are shipped as standard as Royal Mail 48 Hour delivery unless an alternative service has been requested at checkout. Although we cannot guarantee a 2 day delivery, we find the service highly reliable with delays few and far between resulting in no more than a 10 working day wait except in the situations when there are public Bank Holidays or industrial action which may extend the above lead-time.
All UK orders shipped with DHL are for next working day delivery. Although we cannot guarantee next day delivery, we find these usually arrive within 3 working days, please note DHL does not deliver on Saturdays.
International orders are also shipped via Royal Mail and can arrive anytime between 3 working days and 3 weeks depending on the destination. From the 1st of January 2021, we expect to see longer delivery times than normal for all EU countries. We suggest you purchase tracked shipping on all international orders as we’re unable to track parcels outside of the UK.
International orders with DHL Express expedited shipping arrives between 3-6 working days dependent on the location and Economy Select between 4-10 working days dependent on location.
If the customer has allowed for the above time and your parcel has not arrived, we will escalate the delay with the carrier and a replacement may be offered if it has been confirmed that your order has been lost in transit. If however your parcel is still showing as being in the delivery network, the customer acknowledges that we will be unable to offer a replacement.
