Are there limits on how many items of equipment that I can rent?
There is no limit on the number of items of equipment or the capital value that can be purchased via lease rental agreement. A decision on rental will be made based on every businesses individual circumstances, such as your trading history, whether or not you are a new business or have any adverse credit information.
Who can apply for Ue Rental?
All applicants must be 18 - 75 in age as well as be a permanent resident on the UK, be on the electoral register and have a UK bank account. Additional stipulations may apply in certain situations.
Will I need good credit history to apply for a Ue Rental?
Yes in most circumstances, all applications will require a credit check to asses your eligibility and in most cases a soft search will be carried out initially at application stage, and only when you have agreed to proceed with a rental will a search be recorded on you and your business. All rental agreements are offered strictly subject to status and a quotation does not form a legal contract between yourself or Ue Coffee Roasters in partnership with Tower Leasing.
How do I make my payments?
All payments are taken by direct debit from your main business bank account each month, for the full term of your rental agreement.
Will my Ue Rental include servicing of my equipment?
We are able to provide you with a comprehensive fully inclusive rental agreement, whereby the equipment being rented is being fully maintained for the full duration of the rental term. We will always provide you with a quotation for any new equipment with a standard 12 months parts and labour warranty from installation. However at your request we can supply a further quotation that is for machinery to include service for the term of your rental agreement offering you complete peace of mind. For any wholesale partner entering into an exclusive coffee supply with Ue Coffee Roasters, we are able to provide a free maintenance and engineer support programme for the full duration of your rental, subject to terms & conditions.
Will I have to pay VAT on my Ue rental payments?
Yes, all monthly rental payments will be quoted as a net amount which will incur an additional VAT charge at the standard rate which is currently 20%.
My application for a rental was declined, what now?
We're sorry your application was declined. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the credit decision and we are unable to find out why your application was declined. We can also take payment by way of credit card, debit card and PayPal who offer flexible deferred payment options.
Are there any fees for setting up a rental?
There is usually a small arrangement fee which is charged by Tower Leasing who we work in collaboration with regarding our rental agreements. This fee will be fully confirmed and explained to you at the point of a lease quotation being provided.
