About this coffee;
This exciting coffee comes from high on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro in North-Eastern Tanzania. The producers are all part of a coop owned by the 90 plus village societies that grow coffee in the region.
Once harvested and processed the coffee from this region is exported by a separate coop called ‘Yetu Tamu’ meaning “our coffee is sweet”. This is certainly true as you taste the caramel and vanilla notes accompanied by a subtle orange acidity.
