About this coffee;

Following his time as director of quality control at Ethiopia Commodity Exchange and running Ethiopia’s first specialty coffee laboratory, Aman Adinew created Hambella Farm along with his brother Michael. The farm covers 200 hectares, employing 28 full-time staff and over 700 during full season when large numbers are needed to hand-pick, carry, sort and process the harvest.

Aman himself is a third-generation coffee farmer and after living in the US for 26 years he returned to his native Ethiopia to help modernise the country’s coffee industry and improve its coffee brand worldwide.

Needless to say, with a SCA score of 87 this coffee has been grown and processed with exceptional care under the experience of its owner. Expect to enjoy some of the well-loved classic characteristics of an Ethiopian washed specialty coffee but with a unique tropical twist.
