About this coffee;

We're delighted to introduce a new and innovative concept in collaboration with Cofinet, our green coffee partners for our speciality Colombian coffees.

We're super excited to showcase the vast variety of different regions where delicious and delicate coffees are produced, following classic and innovative green coffee processing methods.

Due to the seasonality of harvest in the different regions, we will be rotating this coffee on a regular basis providing a different coffee experience over the year.

Our second release is San Sebastian produced by small holder growers in Inza municipality, which is part of the Tierradentro region located on the western side of Cauca. This region is 80% inhabited by the indigenous tribe called Paeces. The average size of the farm is 0.5 to 1.5 hectares where the crops are mainly Castillo & Caturra as Botanical Cultivars.

Cofinet has developed a coffee training program helping these small producers to select only the best lots obtaining this exceptional microlot, enhancing plum, tangerine and honey as tasting notes.
