About this coffee;
Tucked away deep in the mountains, Luz Mila González maintains her family farm to impeccable standards with the help of her three children. Their priority is the quality of the coffee as they grow and process everything themselves.
The coffee is washed of its fruit skin and fermented for 30 hours with the addition of tartaric acid and cinnamon. The result of this unique processing method is gentle cinnamon flavours that wonderfully complement the chocolate and caramel notes of the coffee when drunk black and with milk it takes on a uniquely Biscoff biscuity undertone which is pure joy in the cup.
