Please rest assured that the safety and quality of our produce and our customers' and employees' well-being is our highest priority and we wouldn't do anything to put this at risk.
First of all, we'd like to let you know that we have your all essential supplies covered. We are well prepared for an increased amount of orders and are working hard to make sure we get your essentials order to you as quickly as possible and we will notify you by email as to your expected delivery day.
We have implemented a number of additional health and safety measures to ensure that everybody stays healthy.
- Our delivery drivers have been directed to follow very strict hygiene protocols which include frequent hand sanitising, cleaning of vehicles throughout the day.
- Our drivers will wear sanitised food safety gloves at all times when coming into contact with your order and parcel.
- We will constantly be relying on the most up to date recommendations on how to protect oneself and others, based on the advice of the government and World Health Organisation, to our employees, including our drivers.
Last but not least, there is no evidence of transmission of the novel coronavirus through food. This has been stated by a number of authorities, including The NHS. Additionally, we have very strict food safety and hygiene checks in place throughout our supply chain to ensure that you only receive the best ingredients and we have increased these throughout the past weeks.
In the meantime, we encourage you to follow Department of Health & Social Care and NHS recommendations on prevention, such as frequent and thorough hand-washing.
We are closely following the developments and taking direction from the local health authorities.
