The SCA certified barista courses and classes we offer at Ue Coffee Roasters, are designed to help you confidently prepare and serve quality coffee – regardless of your experience.

The sessions are small and hands-on to ensure everyone gets to take part and comes away confident as well as has having a greater understanding practically in what's required, when brewing exceptional speciality coffee.

You can book into one of our home barista or our custom professional courses, which are hosted at our roastery facility located in Witney, West Oxfordshire.

BARISTA ACADEMY

 

Our barista academy is a training campus which is fully equipped with an array of the very latest espresso machinery from La Marzocco, grinders from Victoria Arduino and Mahlkong, filter equipment from Marco and a cupping facility like no other in Oxfordshire.
